$14 Trillion, $66 Trillion, $999 Quadrillion debt? Does it really matter? Congress has until July 22 to come up with a budget before defaulting. A dick and 535 clowns will kick the can down the road while paying off their cronies. Dicks, clowns and crony capitalists here in North Mexico, plundering, looting and making a ruin.

This peon didn't ask for the debt and sure as hell can't pay it making what my father made 36 years ago. So I guess the rest of you geniuses are going to have to fix this mess. Maybe you should have thought of that before you shipped all the jobs overseas and set me on the curb with the trash.

Bang Day

I won't be celebrating Independence Day. Why bother? The US is dead. Constitution, freedom, even the ideas of the people who founded this nation are all dead and gone. Why celebrate something that used to exist but is dead? It would be like celebrating a wedding anniversary after divorce. Just stupid.

I don't want to see any flags or hear patriotic bullshit. The 4th is just Bang Day (and lately Bang Month). Stupid people buy fireworks and booze they can't afford and act like drunken assholes until they run out of money. What a holiday. What a people.

I haven't flown a flag since Fall 2008 and give american flags an audible pfht when I'm in a mood. I'm over the idea of a nation, patriotism and all that crap. Give me a black flag of havoc and I'll fly that. Now that represents this place and people inhabiting this place.

America is Stupid

For a long time, I've believed that half of americans are stupid. Rasmussen confirms that half of polled americans think america's glory days are over while 30% think better days lie ahead and 16% don't know or care. I suspect that in the last couple of generations that americans have made it possible for idiots to survive and breed, increasing the number of genetic based stupid people in america. Many stupid people that should have starved, injured themselves, got shot, got sick, etc have thrived on public assistance while reproducing, increasing the number of stupid americans exponentially.

Smarter americans know that the country is fucked and dying right before their eyes. Pick any topic and I can cite dozens of examples of stupidity. Obama, economics, mortgages, war, education, entertainment. It doesn't matter. America is stupid.

Up Your...Game?

Last week, Obama announced a $500 million joint effort by industry, universities and the federal government to help reposition the United States as a leader in cutting-edge manufacturing.

Horseshit! The green, clean tech company that I work for has few customers, is short of cash, has cut it's workforce and may not even survive the year. Manufacturing is in a slump. But Obama is out lying to everyone about his hopey changes.

Up our game? Adapt? Innovate? Work together? We can't "up" anything. All of our adaptations and  innovations get shipped to China. Working together consists of getting wage and benefit cuts, working harder and accepting the over paid, incompetent management that companies put in charge. I haven't worked for a competent boss in two decades. It gets worse every year. For all their meetings and Power Point presentations, they don't have a clue how to run anything.

The only thing "made in america" these days is incompetence, debt, failure and depression. Somebody ought to put the place out of it's misery.

Oh oh! It looks like the US economy just died. The MSM didn't say a word!?! Maybe that's why we bought gasoline at $3.37 a gallon today. Look at that drop in manufacturing activity. 120%! Why that's worse than 2008.

Only Four Choices for the Western Economies

Zero Hedge has wrapped up the debt problems facing the Western economies. Only four choices, all bad and impossible. Every Western nation needs to borrow 10-55% of their GDP to sustain their economy. Who's gonna loan the money? Nobody has that kind of money to loan. So will we have debt trap, hyperinflation, austerity or default? Greece will be the mine canary this week. Will the bird live or die? We'll see.

Kill All the White People? Really!

Well stupid americans, you've done it now. Black youth mob marches through a neighborhood in Peoria chanting "Kill all the white people" and in LA the crowd boos the US team during it's match with Mexico. And this is only the first year when Caucasian children are a minority. What's life going to be like for american whites when the savages grow up? Maybe instead of just chanting and booing, they'll actually kill white folk.

Carter Strange was severely beaten by a gang of black kids this week, because he was white and alone. Cops will charge the teenagers with lynching but they won't serve time for this racial hate crime. They're juveniles.

I've been very careful about where I am and who's around me. In certain situations I am legally armed and prepared to use lethal force to defend myself. Someone else would bleed before I took a beating like Carter.

Sooner or later, america is going to have a race war. God never intended for races and cultures to intermingle. But stupid americans thought that they knew better than God. There will be suffering.

New Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy is sucking minority ass in Chicago this week. He blames minority gang and crime problems on government racism, and takes a swipe at Sarah Palin. Of course by government, he means Republicans, because we all know that Democrats could never be racist, even when they are.

A little study reveals that black gang and crime activities are rooted in African tribal culture. There is no marriage or family in traditional African culture. Just warriors impregnating tribal women who birth new tribal members. Boys secure their place in the tribe by raiding other tribes and impregnating many women while girls secure their place by being available for sex and birthing many new tribal members. It's just that simple.

American black boys instinctively join the local gang (tribe) then garner status by raiding other gangs (crime). All of this pursuant to having sufficient status to mate with as many women as possible to create the many new gang members required to keep this whole schema alive.

Traditional African tribal villages were communes. Men individually owned only their weapons. The tribe allocated huts to women based upon their breeding proficiency. Food, slaves and booty belonged to the tribal commune and portions were awarded based upon tribal merit. A lucky few became chief and had it all.

So what we see in modern america is merely a continuation of African tribal values, many black boys in gangs, criminal raids with gun violence instead of spear violence, much mating with little marriage and lots of children requiring communal (tribal) resources to live. The modern american tribal resources are government, which mostly is white with a completely different cultural imperative.

Of course american blacks are going to blame all their problems on tribal leadership (government). That's how problems were traditionally dealt with. If there is no food to eat, complain to the chief who then organizes a raid or hunt. But that's not possible in modern america without government handouts or raids on other gangs, people or organizations.

Hispanic cultures operated in different but similar fashion. Witness the Los Zetas versus Gulf Cartel violence in Mexico today. Gangs, raids and violence. It's the culture! It can't be educated out, even after centuries of attempts. It's a cultural string apparently carried along with the genes. And even racial inter-breeding can't eliminate it as any presence of African or Hispanic genes invokes the cultural string.

American attempts to homogenize non-European cultures has and will always fail. It is a fool's errand. Whites can either adopt tribal practices or endure them. They will never eliminate them. Many whites have adopted tribal culture already, choosing an easy but course life in communal society, without individual responsibility. The elites push tribal culture to ease their path to power and wealth. A commune for you and a chiefdom for me. Garry McCarthy is playing that card. He'll suck some ass for power and wealth.

Humanity has just run out of road

 Today was the fourth day of summer and the fourth morning that I went out the door wearing a jacket. Wife and I went out tonight in jackets. Wet, windy, cool days, with sprinkles off and on all day, doesn't feel like summer at all. And nothing is growing "right" in this water-logged, gloomy environment. All the plants seem to be on hold, even grass isn't growing, just sitting there being green.

Deer are moving too. That's odd for June. A new dead deer on the side of the highway every morning since the Solstice. With no field activity there's no reason for deer to be scampering about and jumping in front of cars. Maybe they heard Bernanke and Obama speeches and decided to kill themselves.

I almost expect to see the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse any time. Everything has a feel of ending soon. We're all just going through the motions now. Humanity has just run out of road.

GM/Delphi Pension Hearings

A congressional subcommittee is holding hearings on the GM/Delphi salaried pension debacle. Union hack and Obama auto czar Ron Bloom bought off his UAW pals and threw salaried pensioners to the PBGC as part of the GM/Delphi bailout.

When questioned about the difference in treatment between salaried and hourly Delphi employees, Bloom responded “I didn’t say they were treated equally. I said they were treated fairly.”

One party gets a government bailout with full pension and insurance, the other loses 30 to 70 percent of their pension and all their medical benefits is neither fair or equal. Only "fair" to UAW members who got to stick it to their boss in the end. Obama and his asshole paid off their party faithful by pillaging taxpayers and GM/Delphi salaried pensioners. Very Soviet in style.

Pissed It All Away

The US has lost the war in Afghanistan and gone broke in the process. Make no mistake, Al Qaeda won and the US lost by virtue of the pending retreat without victory. The soldiers didn't lose this war. It was lost by US leadership, who never had a clue what they were trying to accomplish or how to do it. And they destroyed the US economy in the process. Just like Osama predicted.

It's a good thing actually. Obama's rules of engagement would never defeat the Taliban. Afghanistan is just a killing field for good young men for no reason. They are fighting for a nation and cause that no longer exists. Hardly a reason to die.

The caliphate is coming. First to MENA, then Europe and eventually to parts of large, former american cities. Demographics and winning ideas have consequences. This generation will take note of the winners and losers. They will select winners to emulate. And those winners are muslims not americans.

History will note that Caucasians went nuts after WW2 and pissed everything away within a couple of generations.

North Mexico Coming

By the time I'm 80 much of the country will be North Mexico as half the young adults will mostly be uncivilized, uneducated savages. Who is going to keep the lights on, do air traffic control and run factories? Another 20 years and the US will be gone, converted to a Mexico City slum run by drug gangs and communists. My 46 year old grandson will be a minority trying to survive in hell. Damn!

Obama Marine Corpse

Obama's Marines are a new breed. Three Marines in St. Louis were accosted and robbed by unarmed punks. Police were baffled by this incident, as I am. A Marine spokesman explained:

“Marines have been given rules of engagement not to engage in any violence except to protect their lives,” said Marine Spokeswoman, Capt Kate Vanden Bossche. “If some one is in such dire need that they need to rob someone,  I don’t think that’s a fight Marines need to get into.”

So, if the Taliban are in a dire need of sex, are Marines supposed to bend over and offer their ass?  Apparently Captain Kate would.

This is a whole new Corps that Obama has bred. To review: If you need something, cash, sex, an urge to beat someone up, just go find an Obama Marine and do your thing. It's policy.

Ten Years of Unemployment

American Jew and Obama supporter Mort Zuckerman has turned on Hopey Dopey and criticized the lack of jobs in this Depression. This USN&WR media jackass tells the same economic story that I've been blogging for the past year. Recovery my ass.

A recent report lists my hometown as the worst economic performer of 363 communities surveyed, even worse than Flint, Michigan for 2000-2010. The report says it will be 2021 until the city recovers to pre-2000 employment levels. No shit! I'll be retired for 5 years by then so the "theoretical future recovery" won't matter to me by then. The mayor disagrees and says the city is "in great shape" while Chrysler says they are "hiring local salary employees". Bullshit. They told me to hump sand. I'm too old for the Italian crowd running Chrysler. America hates older workers.

Atlas Has Shrugged

I've pretty much quit caring about anything anymore. This change puzzles me because I have always cared and was involved. Now it's just all gone. Why? I think that I might have stumbled into the reason today. Rejection.

Being tossed on the street by your employer at age 57 is a blow. Delphi destroyed most of my trust in employers. The job search process further eroded trust in employers as most don't even bother to look at applicant's skills. Only education matters these days. Experience is too complicated for these idiots to comprehend. Except for a couple of guys, the market told me to fuck off.

Then there's my community that I lived in for 57 years. They rejected me as well. They told me to find work somewhere else. Just go away. Your house? Abandon it and your equity loser. We don't need you anymore. We milked you dry and now we're moving on without you. Everything is great here now. If you have to drive an hour to work, tough shit. But keep paying taxes, fucking migrant worker.

Finally, there's the leadership that fucked the whole thing up. Off-shoring jobs, free mortgages to bums, open borders, diversity, sanctioned promiscuity and cesspool culture. Both parties for decades. All liars and thieves, working overtime to destroy this culture and country. They destroyed my life, my future and this country. They lied to me and, in the end, rejected me completely.

Almost everyone lies to me every minute of every day now. I don't believe anything that I cannot personally verify. I have no trust in the politician, the company president, the doctor, the minister, the teacher, the cop, the soldier or my neighbor. All anyone wants is my money. Me? I can just go die somewhere. I have no value besides the cash in my hand.

So I don't care at all anymore about anything but my immediate family and friends. Everyone else is on their own. I wouldn't lift a finger to help anyone else. That's what happens when you utterly reject a man. Oh, I'm not mean to people but I'm not caring about them at all. Countrymen? Bullshit. Neighbors? Right. I have as much in common with most americans as I do with a jihadi, which is nothing. So when bad things happen to people I just shrug anymore. No one cares what I think or what I do. I'm nobody. Why would anyone expect anything from no-one?

Free Health Care...For Me!

Great news! The Marxist regime is going to buy our health care insurance if I decide to retire early in 2014. And I can make up to $64,000 in retirement and still get free Medicaid! Even if I retire at 66, this benefit will cover my wife's health care costs until she reaches age 65 and qualifies for Medicare. That will save us almost $50,000 for the two years that I would have to pay for her insurance.

Maybe the Marxists do love me now that I'm poor.

Blemished Leader, Blemished Land

As I rocketed south in the Buick this morning the sky was ablaze with lightning over my destination. The further south I got the sky turned a storm green, portending heavy weather. As I turned off the highway to avoid construction, the sun was rising in the east and the western sky was an ominous deep blue even as I was bathed in an eerie green glow in the countryside. I drove south to the city with cloud to earth lightning strikes all around me finally giving way to a 30 minute deluge of biblical proportions. I've never seen so much rain in so little time, turning roads into rivers and ponds into lakes. Turtles were playing in the parking lot at work as I docked near the building.

I've never seen weather like we've had this Spring. Hot, cold, wet and unpredictable. Tornadoes, floods, crop damage. It seems that God is displeased with us and is inflicting His wrath on the land. In ancient Eire, a leader could not be enthroned unless he was free of blemishes, otherwise the land was under curse. Are america's blemished leaders bringing ruin upon the land? It seems so.

Tomorrow the Solstice brings the longest day of the year to us. The NWS is forecasting 90 degrees and a 50% chance of storms, some severe. Hopefully it won't be the longest and worst day of the year for us mortals living in a blemished land.

Big Dog

Last night I went out to check my garden as I do every evening. Despite record rainfall, high temperatures, low temperatures and fierce winds, the plants have done well. I take great joy and comfort in keeping a well tended garden, especially as I get older. As I looked around I noticed deer prints in the dirt and on closer observation I noticed that deer had sampled strawberries, devoured lettuce and topped 13 tomato plants. My heart sank at the destruction.

Oh there will be more lettuce and the tomatoes will grow anew after this setback. Unless of course the deer return for more snacks. And they may now that they've sampled our tasty treats. Deer are that way.

We've never had deer feed in the garden in 34 years despite their constant presence in the park adjacent to our property. I suspect they jumped the fence and came in for a bite, not so much out of hunger but just curiosity. This is the first year that we haven't had big dogs living with us so I'm guessing that the lack of large carnivore urine made them feel safe to graze our garden.

Now I'm contemplating getting another big dog. The wife and I have enjoyed the peacefulness of her Maltese bitch and the grandson's little terrier bitch. But they just don't provide the protection of a bigger male that pees on the fences, hunts and kills wildlife that gets in the yard and threatens unwelcome human predators when required.

The wife doesn't like male dogs because of their behavior when they get older. I don't appreciate the occasional challenges to my alpha pack status myself. But I do appreciate the protective services that the big male provides. So maybe wife and I have a conversation and I begin my search.

Spengler and the Zombie Economy

Zombinomics, otherwise known as "structural slump". That describes what we have much better than anything else I've read. Spengler has nailed it. But I'd add that the zombinomics is for proletariat while the global elites prosper in their own private economy.
 
So expect a 3% return on your work and investments going forward. Never mind that inflation runs higher and that the pension systems need three times that to meet obligations. In this risk free, zero sum world, 3% is what can be provided for most of us. And that is for the good years. The bad years will yield less for most of us.

In 2008 my work yield was -60%. It increased to -20% in 2009 where it has remained constant thereafter. Except for inflation which reduced my work yield to -23% in 2009, -26% in 2010 and -34% so far this year.
And that money you invested to live on in your old age and that your financial adviser brags about the great ROI? With a 6% yield this year, you are losing 2% principal through inflation. Your savings are decreasing! So is the ability of pension funds to meet current and future obligations.

These are real standard of living losses that diminish a family's quality of life. Both now and in the future. And it likely will continue to get worse every year. If you planned a life around taking a $1000 home a week you are in real trouble. You need to find a life that can be sustained on $660 a week. For now. Less each year in a zero growth world.

The fix is in. This is the new normal comrade.

Reading Sarah's Mail

Goddamned hypocritical liberals are reading 24,000 emails from former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin looking for dirt. Did they ask for Obama's birth certificate or his meager offerings as a US senator? Did Obama offer anything?

Goddamned immoral liberal bastards embrace serial molester and adulterer Bill Clinton, pervert Anthony Wiener and the rest of the sick bastards they support then try to drag Sarah down into their cesspool. Spit.

Look, Ponder but Walk Away

My work is in trouble and people are leaving the company. It might survive, it might not. Tis impossible to know in this economy. Everybody is looking around and putting out feelers, including me. Such an odd time.

The other engineer in my immediate team has interviewed with a competitor near his original hometown. It looks like he'll be leaving in the near future. Both of my technicians have interviewed for better paying jobs closer to home. I expect they'll be gone in a month. My workspace will change completely soon.

I've been talking to a few companies as well. One company interviewed me and wanted me to come to work in Florida. I thought about it long and hard, discussing the move at length with my wife. We decided against it. I belong here, I don't want to move after living in this house for 34 years, I don't want to sow chaos in my grandson's life and I'm old. Also, selling my house for a loss and losing my equity doesn't make sense. Then there's this depressed economy. No one knows what's going to happen in the future. Moving 1000 miles away to a place you don't know, nor know anyone, might be too risky when you have a family counting on you.

An equipment vendor talked with me about joining their company if mine fails. The work is mostly local and I could work out of my home, doing field service work for their regional customers. It involves more travel than I like and is not my strongest suite, but I could make it work in a pinch.

All of this talk has made it clear to me that best choices are a function of the season of a man's life. If I was younger and interested in a career, I might have jumped at the opportunity to move to Florida. When you're young, you have time to recover if things go wrong. But as you get older you become far more conservative. This economy is so wretched and my trust level is so bad that I am extremely risk averse. My younger associates aren't as jaded and feel they can tolerate more risk.

As I did stuff around the house last weekend and pondered the job offer, I noticed all the work I'd poured into my home of 34 years. I noticed how everything was just the way I planned and made it. At 60 I could never make a new home mine, I just don't have the time or energy. As I tended the garden, I mourned that I would never eat the vegetables growing in the garden if I moved. And it mattered!

My grandfather worked 2444 weeks and father worked 1836 weeks at one company then retired. Neither pondered throwing their life into chaos and moving 1000 miles at 60 years old. I think they both wanted to fade into retirement where they felt secure and comfortable. It's normal for most people.

I want to maintain as much normalcy as possible in the remaining 291 weeks that I have to work. At 60 I don't want the same sense of adventure that I sought from age 18 to 36. And at age 60 I have far more responsibilities to family than I did as a young man, as well as far less possibilities. Wisdom is assessing and balancing life to meet reality.

It's kinda sad when you realize the limits of your life. But it feels natural. It's sorta like seeing a beautiful young woman and knowing that you could expertly operate her yet because of the age differential it would be a disappointment for both of you. So you look, ponder but walk away.

US Economy Dead

The US economy is pretty much dead. Oh it's crawling along with a bad case of stagflation, assets and wages are flat while food and fuel are high. About 80% of americans are working and doing Ok while the other 20% are more or less permanently fucked.

The economy created a puny 54k jobs in May, half of them at at McDonalds. About 61% of americans don't think that they'll return to their pre-Depression lifestyles...ever! So the hope part of the change is dead. It's either all Marxism for most people or slowly slip into their new North Mexico, third world lifestyles.

China has given up on the US and sold off almost all of their US treasury bonds. They see no way out for the US to stop currency devaluation, government debt and default. The Federal Reserve will be printing deficits until the dollar collapses. No one wants the junk currency.

The DOW has lost value for five continuous weeks, almost 5% of value lost. Nice.

My Free ObamaCare

Hey this Obamacare might work out for me. It seems if health insurance costs more than 8% of our family income that our insurance will be subsidized. We're $84 a year from that limit! Without raises and with health care inflation, we'll go through that limit next year.

Maybe I need to rethink this Marxism thing. I've never coveted rich people's stuff. I always preferred to earn what I get by working. But the rich don't care about that anymore, in fact, the upper middle class don't even care whether I live or die. They pay me slightly more than a wetback, letting me slip out of the middle class so they can live in their $400,000 McMansion. Maybe I ought to let them pay for my health care.

Summer of 2008 Reprise

June is looking ugly. The DOW slumped 280 points, employment ain't happening, the ISM index fell through the floor unexpectedly, consumer confidence slipped, the EU is in disarray over Greece's impending default, no US debt vote in sight, housing prices continue to plummet and QE2 is ending this month.Yastrow Origer thinks we're on the "verge of the great, great depression".

Oil price fell all day but...gasoline prices shot from $3.90 to $4.15 per gallon everywhere in my area at noon today, based upon? Not a goddamned thing. No over-demand, no foreign crisis, no refineries down, no hurricanes, no floods. Just prices simultaneously rising 5% because the bastards can.

Shark packs have joined gangsta packs circling vacation beaches around the country. Seems about right. Anyone paying attention would smell blood in the water. Goldman-Sachs and JPMorgan will eviscerate the economy then join the sharks and gangstas on the beach for the summer.

This summer has a feel of 2008... but this time sharks and gangstas want in on the action.
