Tired and humiliated

Another boring news cycle with boring actors telling boring lies as the new world order moves ever-forward towards a future filled with ever-regulation of every detail of civilization exempting criminal barbarians. They get a pass as "the authorities" move against the civilized to ban everything under the sun even as they apologize to the criminal barbarians.

The Taliban Tayiqqistas write screeds against americans as they hide on US bases and when the military burns the defiled "word of allah" the chickenshit Afghans sneak up on americans and shoot them. And Obama apologizes. A sucker is born every minute but Obama wants to oppress his world more than deal with the more complicated world around him.

Then Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi offers his words of wisdom.

 

Vahidi says "Israel is weaker than it has ever been and its army is tired and humiliated… This is why it is trying to solve its problems by talking about taking action against Iran. But these are ridiculous statements. Iran's warriors are ready and willing to wipe Israel off the map."

Iran's warriors couldn't wipe their own asses. Obama ought to put a cruise missile up Vahidi's ass just for grins and giggles. But he won't. He'll vacillate, dither and send Michelle on her 107th vacation while he takes his pleasures with Reggie Love and whine about "rich people".

Segmented Sleep-The myth of 8 hour sleeps

The idea that normal people sleep for at least 8 hours every night well may be a myth. In ancient times many people slept in two divided sleep segments, a first sleep, some time awake then a second sleep. Given less evening stimulation and forced daytime industrial hours, I could probably go for this. The way it is, I go to sleep at 2300 hours and get up by alarm at 0430 hours during the week. I do Ok with this schedule so long as I get a brief nap after my commute. On the weekend I sleep about eight hours but it's pretty much because I'm exhausted from weekly activity. It might even be nice to have some "playtime" between sleep segments. Maybe grandma and I could experiment in my post-industrial retirement.

Gasoline

Gasoline up 5% today from $3.49 to $3.69 here in flyover country. Up 16% since Friday when gasoline was selling for $3.09 per gallon.

Last year gasoline didn't reach $3.69 until March 14 and prices stayed high until September 3, reaching a peak of $4.20 from May until early June. Winter averages $3.33 per gallon while summer averages $3.77 roughly changing 11% season-to-season. But the unknown upper bounds are frightening. What's next? Who the hell knows.

Pure Evil

Rick Santorum took a boatload of crap yesterday for saying that Satan was coming after the US. Many voters will claim Santorum is a nutcase for making the statement. But read this...

Saul Alinsky dedicated his book that all these leftists love to Lucifer, the Devil!

Down for the Count?

Forget $5 per gallon gas, Trump thinks gasoline could be $7 per gallon by this summer. That's $200 per barrel oil. But why pick $200 when you can pull $300 out of your ass and parade it around the room?

For years I was paying about $140 a month for gasoline. Now that I commute I'm paying about $320 per month for gas. About a 56% increase. At $200 per barrel  for oil, I'll pay $640 for gasoline. A 78% increase!

In a piece by Wretchard called The Most That You Can Keep, Energy Secretary Chu says, "Somehow we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe.” Wretchard goes on to quote some Democrats as saying " a certain amount of poverty — just how much is open to debate — should be an actual policy goal."


I would be poor, unable to find work where I live, unable to relocate and spending $640 per month on fuel to go to work. If I even have work to go to. But Obama and america are perhaps willing, to just write off 25% of the workforce into poverty. Maybe america is down for the count, unable to get up and carry on the fight.

Bend Over

Our little media buddies are just falling all over each other selling the idea that gasoline prices are heading to $5.00 per gallon. Odd with gasoline deliveries falling off a cliff. Even odder, local prices are $3.10 per gallon while 50 miles away prices run from $3.31 to $3.49 per gallon.

I don't care if Iran gets nukes. I don't even care if they launch them at Israel. I just want reasonable fuel prices as the empire sinks beneath the waves during the next four years. Afterwards, when I don't have to drive 100 miles a day I don't care. I'm a prick that way.

Fake risk is the cover story for inflation and chronic under-supply. The media is grooming us for a fucking.

Unfit

Obama wants less nuclear weapons than China. Maybe. He certainly wants less nuclear weapons. The bastard certainly doesn't understand the absolutely evil intent of the Russias, Chinas, Pakistans and Irans of the world. It's not about using nuclear weapons, it's about the absolute certainty that you might use them that deters. Obama is naive at best and is hell-bent on destroying the US military at worst, leaving americans defenseless.

He is unfit to be commander-in-chief.

Where is the bottom?

Not only has gasoline consumption fallen but electrical consumption has dropped as well. After a 5% decline in 2008, usage rose to -1.5%, plateaued then dropped to -2%.

Airline flight departures dropped to a new 10 year low as well.

Economic activity is low and falling.

Tony Bennett called for legalization of drugs as a "tribute" to Whitney Houston. Tony is a fucking moron. What do you think caused the addict to drown in a bathtub? A vision of 2016

In 4 years, 322 days I'm going to retire at age 66 (if I can keep working before the next bottom falls out of the US economy). Assuming Zero gets re-elected in 2012 the US government will be $24T in debt by February 2016. Social Security and Medicare will be the single largest budget item at $1.7T per year, dwarfing defense spending at a mere $621B. More than 75 million retirees or 23% of the US population will be retired the year before I take the plunge.

Official unemployment will be 4.7% while actual unemployment will be 11.1%. Less than half of the 325 million US population will be working my last year of work! Specifically, 43% of the US population will be employed! Probably even less as BLS continues to cook the books.

Total US assets will be $59T with total unfunded liabilities of $144T. Americans will owe 2.44 times our total assets AND 8.5 times our national GDP. Expressed on an annual basis, government debt will be 138% of GDP in 2016.

Is there any chance this madness can go on? Who would or even could loan money to this utterly bankrupt empire? Chinese, Indians, South Americans, Africans, Russians and all the rest will ask why are 325 million americans, or 4.4% of the global population worth the costs.

There will be a great leveling over the next four years.

Fuel Deliveries Fall 39%

How do gasoline deliveries fall from 65MG/D to near 40MG/D? Are cars getting 39% better fuel economy? Has employment fallen 39%? Has economic activity declined by 39%?

Clearly the recession has reduced gasoline deliveries significantly, at least to near 1980 values. As the man says, is this an outlier or is bad shit headed our way?

It's the Culture

Another year, another $1.33T dollar deficit. The guy borrows like a drunken communist (even though everyone knows that no one would ever loan money to a communist). Obama is planning on spending another $900B deficit in 2013. It will never end until we're bankrupt. Why am I not surprised that a black man is spending all the white folk's money? He Doesn't Get It

Wayne LaPierre of the NRA thinks Obama will end gun rights by dismantling the Second Amendment of the Constitution after he is re-elected. Does LaPierre think americans would just willingly hand over their only guarantee of freedom to the government? I don't think so. Millions of doors would have to be kicked in and millions of citizens arrested and imprisoned. In some cases entire state populations would have to imprisoned. That would be the line once crossed that would end the Constitution and hence start a bloody revolution. And it wouldn't prevent even one act of gun violence because criminals don't care one twit about what's legal or illegal.

Obama over Romney 60% to 32%

One in five Republicans are leaning towards voting for Obama. Intrade says Obama has a 60.4% chance of re-election. I must be hanging in the wrong circles because no-one I know wants to see the Marxist, crony-capitalist re-elected.

WaPo/ABC Says It's An Obama Win

With the economy "improving" the WaPo/ABC cabal says that Obama wins 50 to 46 over any GOP challenger. Well of coarse they would call the election already for their guy. Where's the truth? Dunno. If Obama wins the next candidate will surely be Chavez.

I've applied to several Chrysler jobs. I worked there for ten years in my early life. A boss said I was a "natural" for several jobs. But Chrysler HR isn't interested in an old man of 61. Age discrimination? Seems that way to me.

Maybe there is a second half for america. But not for me. It's late in the fourth quarter, or maybe the game's over for me. Chrysler and GM have put the trash on the curb.

Ahmadenijad wants to forge a New World Order with Russia, Cuba and Venezuela. More madness and selfish egos only interested in murder and mayhem forged by their "great leaders". Meanwhile the West plays Mr. Niceguy with psychopaths who really want to subjugate or kill all of us.

The essence of real muslims is murder on a mass scale. Whether it's the death of 400 people a day in Syria or dozens a day in Egypt or shooting a few Pakistanis in the head on a sunny afternoon or blowing up Afghan civilians or hatred against Jews. How do 1.2 Million People Leave the Workforce in a Month?

How do 1.2 million people drop out of the labor force in a month? Retirement? Give up? I don't know but coupled with BLS statistics that suggest that unemployment has dropped to 8.3% it sure looks like somebody is cooking the books.

Labor force participation has been in perpetual free-fall since late 2008. Either we are seeing the retirement of the baby boom generation or the end of an employment bubble.

Former Labor Secretary Elaine Chao claims that real unemployment is running at 16% and the youth rate is 24%. These are near Depression rates that break a people eventually.
