No Talking While Driving

Nanny state NTSB Chaircunt Deborah Hersman wants to ban use of cell phones by american drivers. She says...

“Too many people are texting, talking and driving at the same time,”

Talking and driving? Do you goddamned idiots think you can ban people from talking to each other in the car while driving? Yeah, pass the law. I'll do what I think is safe and so will everyone else. Compliance rate? Zero. Enforcement? Next  to zero.
