My Plan to Deal with Climate Change

Professional elite politicians at the UN are having a Climate Summit at Durban where they are planning to loot the developed world while killing off a large percentage of the developing world at the same time. Their plan, reduce global CO2 emissions by 50% by 2020 and 100% by 2050 while fining the developed world for past CO2 sins.

I have a counter plan. Send in Navy SEAL assassins to shoot these plundering pricks in the head.
