Oooh! The Venezuelan Guerrilla Army has clowns? I love clowns! Face painting, bright red berets and gloves, they have it all. Better yet, they have a theme. They believe the US is going to invade their people's republic and steal their wealth. Silly americanos. There is no wealth in a Bolivarian republic.
