Open enrollment Wednesday. Expect an 8% increase in health care insurance this year. About $360/month or $4320/year. The 2% increase in payroll tax mitigated insurance cost the past couple of years. So my take home will decline at least 10% this year. Just another reason to retire as I get poorer every year that I work.
