Spengler on Lessons from Europe

Spengler explains Germans relative to the Spanish. Basically Germans are thrifty and productive while the Spanish are greedy and unproductive.

Note German and Spanish unemployment. Germany barely even felt the financial collapse in 2008 while Spain went into into full ruin. It's the difference between being the best or the worst. Winners and losers.
