Moodys lowered US economic growth estimates to 2% for the last half of 2011 and 3% for 2012 with a 1 in 3 chance of a recession. They cited lack of confidence as the cause.
That might be high considering first quarter growth was adjusted to 0.4% and second quarter was reported 1.3%. Likely adjusted downward in the next report.
Gonzo thinks the EU will go into crisis in the September /October time frame. 2008 x2.
