Monroe Doctrine DOA
Russia is going to help Venezuela build a nuclear power plant. Yeah! What could possibly go wrong there?
The Monroe Doctrine is so yesterday, apparently. Russians and Chinese are all over the Western hemisphere selling this, mining that, drilling here, buying there. Central and South America are becoming bastions of the new and improved Marxist Mob which abandoned communism for criminal statism.
Current US leadership has no problem with the People's Republics south of the border. After all, what could go wrong with narco-terrorist states that harness cultures of beheading and heart plucking then add nuclear "energy" to the mix? C'mon Lugh, get with the new millenia.
