Tacky Maobama

I've seen this before. The guy wearing the long leather coat, walking the factory floor selling fake Rolex watches cheap. He pulls out a wad of cash, usually dollar bills wrapped in a Franklin then flashes a mouth full of gold grill. Who's our long legged Mac Daddy in this photo? Maobama in a Wisconsin diner handing out bribes under the guise of lunch.
