Law of the Rights of Mother Earth

The communist state of Bolivia, under dictator Evo Morales, has ushered in a new standard for the human race; Law of the Rights of Mother Earth.

The Bolivarian communists want to propose rights for the earth at the UN, that ranks all life as equal. So, therefore, rats and cockroaches would have the same rights as humans.

Of course, only egalitarian communism can ensure that this noble endeavor is achieved and maintained. The proof is in the excellent environmental records of the Soviet Union and the People's Republic of China.
