The Emporer Has No Clothes

Please just stop! I can't bear the feeble threats against Iran, North Korea and the Taliban. No one believes that the US would attack them for any reason under Obama and the congress. We won't even fight the Taliban in Afghanistan. So just stop with the bullshit.

Recently, Mike Hayden, former CIA chief told congress it was "more likely that we'd attack Iran".  The USS George Washington's captain said "we will show our resolve". While Mike Mullen said that his forces were showing "slow but steady progress" against the Taliban.

Really? I see lips moving but where are the results? Has Iran stopped their nuclear program or running their mouth? Is DPRK silent and trembling in fear? Have the Taliban retreated to Pakistan? No. Obama is making a fool of our military leaders and a great mockery of the US when he orders these men to speak.

The entire history of man and warfare there has been one rule: kill the enemy until they beg you to stop (or they're all dead). You do not win wars by winning hearts and minds. Our leaders are going to get a whole lot of good American boys killed for no goddamned reason.

Either fight to win or get the hell out. In any event just cut the tough guy crap. The emporer has no clothes.
