Fukushima Hell Part 13

Neutron beams shooting out of the rubble at Fukushima? This can't be good even though they're only 10-20 microsieverts at 1.5km. But then again they are useful tools, maybe better under laboratory control. But it turns out that physicians use 16-28 microsievert dosages to treat cancers, so maybe it's A-OK. But what's the exposure at 1.5m?
