Does the US Still Exist?

In a ruling by the US ninth circuit court of appeals, Arizona is being sued by the US government and

Mexico, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru and Chile to overturn Arizona's illegal immigration enforcement law.

Basically the US is telling the citizens of Arizona that they have no rights to their property.

Anyone from anywhere can come into Arizona (or any place in america) then demand free education, free health care, food stamps and aid to dependent children. No education, skills, language requirements or national loyalty is required. Just make your way here and the local taxpayers will hand over their taxes.

It is the official policy of the US government that the borders are open, therefore there are no borders. When the US government sides other governments and against US citizens is there even a US anymore?
