EPA Wants to Crackdown on Dust?

Our government is fucking nuts. Now the EPA wants to crack down on airborne dust. Obviously you can't build anything or grow crops without dust, so apparently the government wants to cease both activities. Clearly the clowns running the EPA have neither been in construction trades or farmed. Probably grown up in the city and thinks dirt is just yucky.
